These have been absolutely amazing for me following back surgery. They help me feel like I can keep my back straight, and they provide a lot of support. My one complaint: when I have worn them too much, they hurt the tops of my feet. I don’t feel like they have been shoes that I have been able to “break in”. This isn’t enough to demote them one star, though. They have been an important part of my recovery, and I would recommend them to anybody with back issues.
