- Select the item(s) you want to return below by changing the number in the drop-down menu in the “Returned” column from zero to the desired return quantity.
- Fill out the Order Return Form below, print it using the "Print Return Form" button, and make sure to include it with your package.
- Click the "Print My USPS Label" button, give USPS your information, and print out your label. FILL IN YOUR ADDRESS ONLY. NO OTHER FIELDS ARE REQUIRED.
- Affix the label to the outside of your package and drop off at any USPS Office or drop-off location. Click here to find a location near you. A copy of your label will also be automatically emailed to you in case you need to reprint it.
Please note that all returns must arrive at our processing center within 120 days of delivery and be in new and resalable condition with all original tags and packaging in order to be accepted. Boxed footwear that is returned to us with labels or tape attached directly to the shoe box and are not returned in a separate shipping box will be charged a $20 re-boxing fee. As we cannot guarantee the comfort of our products, please make sure you are happy with your purchase before you wear them outside.
Only Products from Vionic returned within 30 days of purchase may be returned in worn condition as part of the company sponsored "30 Day Walk Test"
Items purchased in our closeout section or within any other promotions indicated as "Final Sale" may not be returned or exchanged. Any merchandise received at our processing center that was purchased as a final sale will receive a merchandise credit in the form of a gift certificate and will be charged a $15 freight fee to cover our costs for shipping both ways.
Please note that only items purchased from SoleProvisions.com are eligible for our free return service. Items purchased from Sole Provisions on any other platform will be charged a $15 shipping and processing fee for labels printed from the SoleProvisions.com website.
It is VERY IMPORTANT to note that items received at our processing center that are not eligible for return according to the aforementioned conditions will be charged for shipping to our warehouse, and then sent back at the customer's expense or destroyed.
